当社は1944年設立の総合試薬メーカー。研究~製造~販売まで一貫体制を持ち、日常生活では目にしにくい製品ですが、

化学品・触媒 医薬品・臨床検査薬

  • スマホ・半導体・メモリなど電子機器製造用薬品

といった分野で、BtoB企業として幅広い化学薬品を取り扱っています。

・年間休日は124日

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・月平均残業時間は10時間未満

ー 営業職とはー

単にモノを売るだけでなく、研究者や開発者、技術者のパートナーとして、

ユーザーへの技術情報の提供を中心に、製品の販売や新製品の企画、

サポートなど幅広い業務を担当します。

さらに、顧客からの要望に応じて製品開発に関わることもあり、

営業だけでなく技術や企画の知識も身につけられるのが特徴です。

営業の仕事は市場と顧客をつなぎ、

製品の価値を最大化する役割を担っています。

課題を解決し、最先端の科学技術を支える役割を担います。

・技術営業

製品の販売活動を推進

販売店への営業支援や新製品の提案

ユーザーに対する技術情報の提供やサポート

・製品開発

市場調査をもとにした製品企画

開発プロジェクトチームの中心として製品仕様を検討

顧客ニーズを反映した新製品の提案

・海外営業

海外市場向けのマーケティング戦略の立案

製品の輸出や貿易業務の管理

海外ユーザーとのコミュニケーション・取引調整
