化学品・触媒 医薬品・臨床検査薬

・年間休日は124日

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・月平均残業時間は10時間未満

ー 研究開発職とはー

・試験・研究用試薬の開発

実験や研究に必要な試薬の設計・製造

・電子工業向け機能性薬品の研究

電子部品や製造工程で使用される薬品の開発

・バイオ関連試薬・材料の開発

バイオテクノロジー分野で利用される試薬や素材の研究

・体外診断薬・医薬品原料の研究

医療検査用薬品や医薬品の原料となる物質の開発

全体として、研究職では新しい製品や

技術の創出を支える研究・開発業務と、

生産体制を強化する設備設計業務の

両方を担っています。

大学や大学院で培った

化学・生物・物理などの専門知識を活かし、

基礎研究から応用研究、

新製品の開発まで幅広く携わります。

※適性に応じ、自社工場設備の設計・開発に携わっていただく場合もあります。
