体験して、決めてください。 私たちは「あそび」をビジネスで売る会社です。 IKUSAARENA にて体験会&会社説明会を実施します。 会社の雰囲気や「あそび」を売る・・とは?を知りたい方 イベント業界・事業責任者を目指したい学生大歓迎です 2月:13日(金)27日(金) 13:00~15:00 3月:4 日(水) 6日(金) 11日(水) 13日(金) 18日(水) 25日(水) 13:00~15:00 場所:〒 東京都練馬区錦2丁目19-1練馬トーホープラザビル 5階 IKUSA ARENA (東武練馬駅から徒歩10分 ドン・キホーテ練馬店の5Fです) ・動きやすい服装/運動靴で参加してください

アピールポイント:

お客様の課題を「あそび」で解決していただきます。

チャンバラ合戦を始め、戦国宝探し、謎解き脱出ゲーム、あそび防災プロジェクトなどのオリジナルイベントを提案からイベント実施まで一貫してお任せ。

また、自分が企画した「あそび」を商品化することも可能。

防災やSDGsコンテンツも、戦友たちのアイデアで生まれました

大学卒以上 / 未経験OK

■ 歓迎要件

・学生時代にイベント、ボランティア、文化祭、サークル運営など

「人を巻き込んで動かした経験」のある方

・リーダー・幹部・代表などの立場でチームを牽引した経験のある方

・「エンタメ」「教育」「地域創生」「防災」「謎解き」など、

IKUSAのコンテンツ領域に興味がある方

標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

■フレックスタイム制(コアタイム12時~17時、標準労働時間8時間)

■リモートワークあり(許可制)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥260,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥62,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 230,000円 ~ 260,000円  ※配属地域により異なります

■みなし残業代(40時間分、54800円~62000円)を月給に含みます。

超過分は別途支給します。

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
