服飾資材の専門商社でテキスタイル営業担当者募集

・アパレルメーカーへの定期訪問営業

・企画やデザインの意図に沿った資材提案

・繊維商社・縫製工場との連携業務

・海外拠点との調整・コーディネート

・新規顧客開拓とビジネス拡大提案

勤務時間: 8時45分~17時30分(昼休憩:12時00分~12時45分 45分間)

勤務曜日: 週休二日制(毎週土日祝日)

【給与詳細】

基本給: 255,000円~305,000円

各種手当:

・地域手当:20,000円

・営業手当:10,000円

・資格手当:会社が推奨する資格を取得した場合に支給

・役職手当・家族手当 あり

・通勤手当:実費支給(上限月額40,000円)

昇給: あり(前年度実績:月額2,000円~5,000円)

賞与: 年2回支給(前年度実績:計4.5ヶ月分)

その他の報酬制度: 毎年、いい仕事をした人に給与・賞与とは別に「社長賞」として賞金を授与。受賞者は複数名となることもあり、評価制度に定員なく、優秀な仕事をしたすべての社員が対象です。
