職務内容

1.事務作業

・院内で使用する物品の発注、納品、在庫管理、棚卸し、および付随する伝票などの書類管理

・資産台帳を用いた資産管理

・医療機器他保守管理

・棚卸資料の作成

・建物や設備、機器の年間保守計画の立案および計画に則った点検保守などの実施

・建物や設備、機器の不具合に対する業者との折衝を通しての修繕業務

2.現場作業

・設備に関する簡単な修理

・物品の払い出しおよび搬入品の整理移動

・入院時の患者送迎時の車両の運転(ハイエースで毎日2便実施)、および車両の保全管理

・医療廃棄物の運搬・廃棄手配および管理

・敷地内の環境整備

・障がい者雇用職員のヘルプおよび勤怠管理

・Excel、Wordの基本操作ができる方

・事務作業、現場作業の両方に対応できる方

・普通自動車運転免許必須(AT限定可)

【あれば尚望ましい要件】

・管理職経験や建物の保守管理の経験があれば尚可
