マイクロンおよびその合弁会社の日本における輸出入業務に関して、税関対応およびコンプライアンスの管理を担当いただきます。
社内各部門と連携し、コンプライアンス体制の維持・改善、リスク低減、規制対応をします。
主な業務内容は以下のとおりです:
- 日本の税関における輸出入コンプライアンスの管理
- 新製品のHTS(HS)コードの決定およびHTSデータベースの維持
- 政府機関からの要請対応およびLogisticsチームの調整
- 輸出入関連の書類・データの収集、監査、リスク特定および改善策の実施
- マイクロンのコンプライアンス管理文書の監査および社内データベースの維持
- 税関AEO対応の準備・管理、規制変更のモニタリング
- 輸出入データの入力・分析、エラーの特定と是正
- 日本における輸入コンプライアンスの監督および管理策の設計・実施
- グローバル記録保持システムの管理、輸入請求の監査
- ロジスティクスチームおよび他部門との連携強化、リーダーシップの発揮
- 関連する法規制・社内ポリシーに基づくチームメンバーのトレーニング
- 安全性・セキュリティ・倫理的な職場環境の確保および報告体制の維持
- 業務効率化の推進
応募資格
- 社内外との高い調整力・コミュニケーション能力(英文メール含む)
- リスクを特定し、改善策を実行できる分析力と実行力
- ロジスティクスや関連部門との協業
- 日本語は上級(ネイティブ)
- 学士以上(半導体の知識があることが望ましい)
