・候補者との面接日程調整

・紹介会社との連絡・調整サポート

・面接官へのアナウンス連絡

・採用管理システム・データ処理、候補者ステータス更新

・スカウト送付

・説明会・各イベント等の運営補助(資料準備・会場/オンライン設定)

・参加者リスト作成・リマインド連絡

・面接当日の受付
