役割内容
オペレーション部門の責任者として、リーダーシップチームの主要メンバーとして、他部門の責任者と密接に協力し、オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを推進し、継続的改善の文化を促進します。チームに戦略的な方向性とリーダーシップを提供し、すべての業務分野において高いレベルのパフォーマンスと生産性を確保します。また、事業の円滑な運営と成長を確保するため、顧客、ベンダー、その他の主要な利害関係者との強固な関係を確立し、維持する責任も担っていただきます。

業務戦略、方針、手順の策定と実施
主要業績評価指標を監視し、効率性と生産性を向上させるための施策を実施する。
他部門の責任者と協力し、業務活動をビジネス目標と整合させる
顧客、ベンダー、その他の利害関係者を管理し、関係を構築する。
業務効率を高めるための新技術やツールの特定と導入
従業員の能力開発とエンゲージメントを推進し、前向きで生産的な職場環境を確保する。

About Us
Bjak, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place to support our business goals and objectives.
Role Description
As the Head of Operations, you will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with other department heads to drive operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to your team, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity in all operational areas. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with business goals
- Manage and build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Advocate for employee development and engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
