JCFS seeks a PM who creates and runs a benefit realization management process for JCFS projects in collaboration with JCFS Project owners, Finance, and Procurement.
This process allows the organization to measure how JCFS's projects add value to Amazon Japan by evaluating projects' results, identifying gaps against goals, and taking corrective actions to maximize the opportunity to gain additional benefits.

Benefit Realization Management PMはプロジェクト担当者、およびFinanceと連携し、JCFSが実施したプロジェクトの収益性および効果検証、計画値とのGap要因特定、次に向けた改善アクション策定を回すメカニズムの設計と運用をリードします。また、このメカニズムを通して次の事業機会の発掘を促進し、JCFSがAmazon Japanのビジネス成長に貢献できる幅を拡大していきます。
Key job responsibilities
- Create and manage a project benefit management process with JCFS stakeholders (team leaders and project owners), Finance, and Procurement. This includes monitoring whether projects are on track to deliver expected financial benefits and whether solutions meet technical requirements.
- You will lead a gap analysis against the projects' goals and engage stakeholders in taking proper measures to minimize risks and derive maximum benefits from future projects.
- Create a business document to report to Amazon Japan Leadership on projects' outcomes, lessons learned, and future business opportunities.
- Seek and learn best practices from other geographies and implement their methodologies in Japan.
- JCFSの各チームリーダーおよびプロジェクト担当者と連携し、プロジェクト実施後の収益性およびソリューション性能評価、Gap分析と要因特定、改善アクション計画策定・実行のメカニズム設計と運用をリードします。
- Operations FinanceおよびProcurementと連携し、プロジェクト実施後の収益性評価結果に影響を与えた要因を検証し、プロジェクト毎の財務リスクや今後の改善点、新たな事業機会を見える化します。
- 評価結果や示唆、次に向けた提案をドキュメント化し、Amazon Japan Leadershipへ報告します。報告に基づくアクションが必要な場合は、プロジェクト関係者と連携して実行計画の策定とアクション実行を推進します。
- グローバルステークホルダーと連携し、優れたプロセスやツール、方法論を積極的に学んでJPへの導入を推進します。
The Operations Program Management (JP Ops PM) team creates Amazon's fulfillment capacity strategies and execution plans based on medium- to long-term market demand, manages JCFS resource plans to deliver projects, controls projects' budgets, and standardizes the change management process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Japanese (N1) and advanced level of English
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
