このPositionはプロジェクトマネジメントプロセスの構築、改善、標準化、JCFS全体のプロジェクト進捗レポートの配信など、各プロジェクトマネジメントを横断的に支援してマネジメント能力、効率を改善する役割を担います。PMメンバーの定例MeetingをLeadしてJCFS全体のプロジェクト進捗、リスクをWeekly、Monthly Reportで関係部門にメール配信で共有します。プロセス改善ではグローバルで使用されているプロジェクトマネジメントツールを調査して、JPへの導入検討を行います。そのため、このPositionに求められる能力、経験は、ご自身で業務改善の提案から実行までされた経験のある方、国内外のステークホルダーと電話会議や対面で業務依頼、交渉をするため日本語、英語によるコミュニケーション能力、プロジェクトメンバーとの定例会議におけるファシリテーション能力、プロジェクト進捗レポート作成のためのDocumentation能力となります。

Key job responsibilities
■プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス(100%、内訳は以下です)
1) プロジェクトのモニタリング・コントロール(50%)
・JCFSが推進する複数プロジェクトの長期計画を定期的にアップデートし、国内、海外のステークホルダーと共有します。
・JCFSを横断してプロジェクトをモニタリングし、プロジェクトの進捗状況やリスクの有無をマネジメントに報告します。ビジネス優先度が高い意思決定を要する案件について、マネジメントへ提案し、意思決定を行います。
・JCFS内の複数のプロジェクトマネジメントチームとの定期的な会議体を運営し、プロジェクト間の課題の即時解決や漏れのない情報共有をリードします。
2) PMOツール・プロセス改善(30%)
・社内プロジェクト情報管理ツールをはじめ、業務や組織運営に用いるツールの開発・導入・改善を行います。ツール導入後はツールの維持、KPIを設定して継続的な改善を行います。これによりJCFS内外の組織と連携して業務の効率化を推進します。
・社内プロジェクト情報を記録するデータベースや、それらのアクセス権限などの情報インフラを管理し、ビジネスニーズの変化に応じた変更管理を行います。
3) プロジェクト支援(20%)
・プロジェクト計画時、プロジェクトスコープ、スケジュール、予算計画並びに投資対効果の提案書作成について、プロジェクトマネージャーを支援します。
・プロジェクト実行時、プロジェクトスコープなどに変化があればその変更管理を行い、プロジェクトマネージャーのリーダーシップ向け進捗報告を支援します。
A day in the life
1週間の始まりに、チームでチェックインミーティングを行います。各メンバーの先週の進捗や成果、今週の取り組み、サポートが必要な内容を確認した上で業務をスタートします。業務を進めるうえで何か迷うことがあれば、チャット、ビデオ通話、F2Fの会話を通して気軽に相談しながら、チーム全体でサポートし合います。フレックスが基本ですが、原則18時以降は会議やメールは行いません。有給消化率も高く長期休暇も、もちろん取得可能です。

経営層はじめJCFS各チームやファイナンス、調達部門等、様々なステークホルダーとの協業が必要なポジションです。アマゾンジャパンオペレーションのエンジニアリング部門として、アマゾンジャパンの成長に直接影響を与える事ができます。アメリカ・ヨーロッパ・インドのPMOとも交流を持ち、ツール・プロセスの横展開を積極的に推進する事でアマゾン、アマゾンジャパン並びに自分自身の成長に繋げる事ができます。入社後はチーム全体で既存プロセス・知識の共有、トレーニング、日々の面談を行い、オンボーディングをサポートします。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Writing and verbal communication skill both in Japanese and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- PMP
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.
