Program Managerは、JCFSのSolution Engineeringを構成する7つのチームのビジネス戦略・ファイナンシャルプラン策定をリードします。計画が決まったら個々のProject Managerと協力してプロジェクトの進捗を把握し、情報を整理します。この整理された情報をステークホルダーに提供することで、リソース配分・優先順位調整・プロジェクトのGo/No Go判断などの意思決定を支援し、組織の成果を最大化します。

Key job responsibilities
■ビジネス戦略策定(25%)
国内外のハイレベルのビジネス戦略を収集し、担当チームがビジネスプランを策定するためのガイダンスを作成します。そのガイダンスに基づいて3-Year/1-Year Plan策定をファシリテートし、担当チームのリーダーと協力してチームレベルのビジネス戦略を策定します
■ファイナンシャルプラン策定(25%)
JCFS各チームの投資計画・予算・オペレーションコストを収集・整理することで、リーダーシップチームの意思決定を支援します。また、経営計画・企業決算のベースとなる財務情報を作成し、ファイナンスチームに提供します
■ビジネスレビュー(25%)
プロジェクトマネージャーと協力し個々のプロジェクトの進捗・計画への影響を把握します。集めた情報を整理しステークホルダーに提供することで、リーダーシップチームの意思決定(プロジェクトを進める・止める・延期する・優先順位を上げ下げする、など)を支援します
■改善と仕組み化(25%)
既存の業務プロセスを整理し、継続的に改善します。また新たに発生する問題・課題においてはその場限りの対応に留めず、再発防止のための恒久的な対策と仕組み化を推進します
A day in the life
プログラムマネージメントチームのオペレーティングサイクル(年間活動計画)に従って活動します。毎年12月に翌年の1-Year Planを作成します。1月〜3月は3-Year Planの策定。ファイナンシャルプランニングは年に5回実施され、2月、5月、7月、8月、11月にそれぞれ1−1.5ヶ月かけて実施します。ビジネスレビューは毎月月初めに実施します。年間を通して担当チームのリーダー、個々のプロジェクトマネージャと協力し、計画策定・ビジネスレビューを推進します。毎週行うチームミーティンではチームメンバーへのサポートリクエストや相談を主に行っています。個人ではなく、チームとして課題に対応することで、フレックスタイムの活用や休暇を取りやすいチーム体制にしています。子どもの送り迎え、両親のサポートなど、柔軟性を持って日々の仕事に取り組むことができます。

- MBA・インダストリアルエンジニア・システム工学・生産工学・ファイナンス・経営工学などの学士・修士号- PgMP/PMP ((Program Management Professional)などのプロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格
- 経営企画・新規事業立上げ・生産技術・コントローラー・ファイナンス・コンサルタントの実務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントオフィスマネジャー又はメンバーとして業務プロセスの構築、展開、運用経験
- インクルーシブなカルチャー・多様性に富んだグループでの実務経験
