医療・福祉領域に特化した人材マッチングサービスにおいて、

求職者と法人の双方を支援する転職支援業務を担当していただきます。

テクノロジーとデータを活用し、質の高いマッチングを実現することがミッションです。

【業務内容詳細】

1,求職者支援

・転職背景やキャリア希望のヒアリング(オンライン・電話)

・求人提案、応募書類作成・面接準備のサポート

・内定後のフォロー、入社までの伴走支援

2,法人支援

・採用課題や募集背景のヒアリング

・人材提案、選考調整、採用プロセス支援

・採用成功に向けた継続的なフォロー

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:あり

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

想定年収:336万円~660万円

月給: 27万円~50万円

※月給には固定残業代(月45時間分/7万円〜8万円)を含みます。

※45時間を超える時間外労働分は、別途全額支給します。

インセンティブ:あり

賞与回数:賞与なし

試用期間:3ヶ月(期間中の条件変更なし)

〈インセンティブ制度〉

支給タイミング:

四半期ごと(3ヶ月に1回)

支給内容:

個人の売上実績が目標値を上回った場合、

超過分に対して一定割合を乗じてインセンティブを支給します。

支給率:

・初期設定:10%

・実績や達成回数に応じて、支給率の引き上げを検討します。

計算例:

売上実績:500万円

目標値:250万円

(500万円 250万円)× 10% = 25万円支給

〈支給条件〉

以下の条件を満たした場合に支給対象となります。

・所属事業部の月次予算を達成していること

・個人の月次目標を達成していること

※支給条件は、事業状況に応じて見直しを行う場合があります。
