Description Summary:
This role involves supporting Travel & Lifestyle consultants in delivering exceptional service to premium customers by communicating with vendors domestically and internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Travel & Lifestyle consultants by contacting vendors in Japan and other markets
- Negotiate with business partners for travel inquiries and experiences
- Share travel information with operation consultants
- Maintain strong relationships with team members and leaders
- Identify and address operational issues for efficiency
- Understand TLS goals from different perspectives
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese and proficient in business English
- Flexible working style and business-focused time management
- Travel or Lifestyle industry experience beneficial
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Effective communicator and relationship builder
- Positive mindset with a growth-oriented approach
- Compliance with company values and guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed expectations
