How will you make an impact in this role?

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning curriculum design and collaborate closely with teams and vendors to create effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop highly engaging learning solutions using e-learning software
• Apply adult learning theories to create practical learning experiences
• Collaborate with teams to design blended learning experiences
• Partner with other professionals to deliver consistent learning experiences
• Establish measurement strategies for learning solutions
• Communicate effectively in English and Japanese
• Stay updated on technology skills for instructional design
• Lead in instructional design innovation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Japanese
• Design learning solutions catering to diverse learners
• Apply interdisciplinary concepts to instructional design
• Experience in developing emerging learning solutions
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in contact center and travel industry preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
