Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Understanding of diverse learners and cultural differences
• Experience in emerging learning solutions
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills
• Preferably experience in contact center or travel industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
