サイネージを導入された企業様から、お問い合わせがあります。

「サービスの使い方でわからないところがあるんだけど…」

「 システムが起動しない。どうしたらいいの?」など

電話でお答えし、解決できない内容については、専門の部署に繋げるお仕事です。

\研修はじっくり、独り立ちへ/

入社1ヶ月〜 :実機やマニュアルを見ながらサポートするシステムを理解。

1ヶ月〜半年:主に電話受付、先輩のサポートする電話を聞きながら、少しづつ受電にトライ。

半年~1年:サポートの電話を自分で受付、返答できるようになります。

1年~3年: 自信を持って独り立ち 一人でサポートを受け付けられるようになり、取り扱えるシステムやサービスを増やしていきます 。

アピールポイント:

少人数体制(1〜6名)なので、人間関係の煩わしさは、ほぼゼロ

40代がメイン。年齢層が高いので、皆様温和で自由な大人の方が多め

メール、キーボードが打てる程度の知識から教育・研修します

勤務時間・曜日:

\シフト制・勤務日が自由に選べます/

・電話対応時間:9:00-20:00の間で8時間勤務/休憩1時間

・今回は11:00-20:00の勤務をメインで出来る方を募集しております。

・毎月シフトを決めるので、土日休みや平日休みも選べます。

休暇・休日:

・お休みはシフト制です

※その月の土日祝日が12日であれば、必ず12日間のお休みのシフトになります

・有給あり:半年後から10日
