The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
Within GBS, the Growth Agency Team is the sales team for agencies focused on TikTok and Pangle.The team works with a wide range of agencies, from general agencies to MCNs, Digital and Affiliate, and approaches all industries.
ResponsibilitiesThe Agency Partnership Lead will play a critical role in managing Growth Agency Ad business in the Japan market, defining Agency sales strategy and being accountable for the business goals.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in Direct Response on Web or App providing consultations with Digital agencies on digital products and solutions, and the ability to work cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on opportunities and demonstrate success in leadership.
We are looking for an individual who can actively pivot and address barriers to solve problems in a fast-pacing environment, embrace changes and lead the team to frame change as an opportunity to grow together.
- Responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, product education and adoption- Identify, prioritise and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic agency engagement - deep understanding of agency's business objectives to deliver media solutions that tie to agency's business objectives and KPIs- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights- Develop and implement best practices for client servicing including relationship management, product suite education and enablement, business reviews, reporting and analysis- Work closely with agency solutions and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse vertical share of wallet, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovation and each solutionsMinimum Qualifications- Demonstrated history of managing partnerships that require moving complex decisions through organisations successfully - Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills - High attention to detail and an ability to analyse data and identify insights to drive business performance - Growth mindset and passion to drive client's business forward Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with Digital Agency with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges- Personal track record of commercial success and ability to win the support of senior stakeholders - Ability to continue to take on challenges in new areas.
