【業務内容】

・MUFGグループの日米両会計基準での引当制度設計

・引当金算定モデルの開発、管理、運用

・システム開発や内部統制の整備

・国内外の関係部署や連結子会社との折衝

・当局や監査法人との折衝

【募集背景】

国際的に引当金算定における予想損失モデルの導入(IFRS9号やCECL)が進む中、本邦でもこれらを見据えた会計基準の開発が検討されている等、国内外で非常に大きなダイナミズムが生まれている。

MUFGもこうした国内外の潮流を踏まえ、G-SIBsに相応しい予想損失モデルによる引当制度の構築をめざして活動しており、中長期的にその重要な業務を担う人材を募集。

【融資企画部の概要】

国内外の関係各部や金融当局等とも幅広く連携しながら、MUFGグループの信用リスク全般(各種融資関連の諸制度、権限ルール、格付制度、自己査定・引当制度、RWA、ストレステスト等)をグローバルに統括する部署。

信用リスク各分野のプロ人材が、内外のステークホルダーとの対話やコミュニケーションを丁寧に行い、MUFGがグローバルベースで展開する各種業務の各リスク管理に係る企画・制...

【求める人材】

【必須】

■3年以上の事業会社、金融機関、監査法人等でのリスク管理或いは会計分野での実務経験がある方。

■データ分析や計数管理等の業務経験を有する方

■英語力(TOEICスコア730点以上)

【歓迎】

・IFRSや米国会計基準での経理業務経験を有する方

・基礎的な統計モデル(回帰分析等)に関する知識を有する方

・内部統制または会計監査に関する知識を有する方

・システム開発や運用の実務経験や知識を有する方

【求める人物】

・中長期的に同一業務に従事し、当該分野のプロフェッショナルを目指す方

・コミュニケーション能力が高く、グループ会社、海外拠点、社内・社外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携し、チームアップして業務を遂行できる方。

800万円~1000万円
