人事企画(制度設計/組織開発)【東京】doda出身の熱い社長と企業のHR課題解決に挑戦

【仕事内容】

「企業を次のステージに進める採用に貢献する」をミッションに、事業の変革期を人事・採用面から支援するサービスを運営している同社。

本ポジションでは、クライアントの経営パートナーとして、組織変革を推進いただきます。

HRBP・CHROとしての立ち位置で、経営陣と現場の間に立ち、事業を伸ばすための組織構造や人事システムの設計と落し込みを行います。

【具体的な業務内容】

・経営陣とのディスカッションを通した、経営・組織イシュー定義

・HRMの設計(組織構造や人事システム(採用・配置・評価・育成)、カルチャー醸成の全体設計)

・解決に向けたロードマップの設計、及びプロジェクトへの落し込み

・プロジェクトの推進・ディレクション

※イシュー定義・戦略立案から、幅広いPJTの企画・実行を担います

※採用課題の解決に向けて、自社プロダクトとしてのRPOサービスを導入することもあります(採用ディレクションを行うPMと都度連携)

年収:720~1200 万円 月給制 基本給:355100円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間 固定残業代:124900円 超過分は全額支給 通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり30000円) 賞与:あり 年間3ヶ月分支給 昇給:あり 年1回

2024年設立のスタートアップ企業である同社において、売上・顧客数拡大に伴い増員募集を行います。
