Galdermaは皮膚科領域に特化したグローバル企業であり、スキンケア製品の営業担当として、担当エリアの顧客(ドラッグストア、化粧品販売店、ECチャネルなど)に対し、ブランド認知向上と売上拡大を推進します。

主な業務内容
幅広い顧客に対して積極的に営業活動を行い、販売機会を最大化する
スキル向上を意識し、自己成長に努める
営業計画やプログラムを設計・実行し、組織の目標達成を支援する
営業活動の進捗を管理し、計画からの逸脱があれば調整する
営業プロセスや方針を継続的に改善し、ソリューションを提供する
他チームと連携し、営業活動における変革と改善を推進する
新製品や価格情報を顧客に伝え、販売促進を行う
リード獲得を追跡し、販売パイプラインを確保する
製品・ブランドの販売量と利益目標を達成する

経験レベル
実務経験:5〜8年

学歴レベル
学士号、またはそれに相当する経験/資格

経験・スキル
同一企業での営業経験が5年以上(美容カテゴリーでの経験があれば尚可)
小売チャネル、特にドラッグストアチェーンでの営業経験
将来のビジネスプランの策定経験
変化に柔軟に対応でき、変化を楽しみながら推進できること
普通自動車運転免許を保有し、日常的に運転が可能であること(同乗者を乗せての運転も可能)
