当社に今いる営業スタッフは、
30代で入社して
社歴20年を超える社員たった1人。
そろそろ次世代にバトンを渡す時だ
と決心し、今回の採用を始めました。
気さくで経験豊富な先輩が
一つ一つ丁寧に教えていき、
ゆっくり時間をかけて一人前に育てます。

<仕事内容>
鉄スクラップ類の買い取りや
収集運搬・リサイクル処理を行う会社で、
営業業務をお願いします。
長年お取引きのある企業へ定期的に訪問。
不用となった鉄スクラップの回収運搬や
買い取りなどの提案・受注業務です。
訪問先は月平均で30~40社、
同じ会社で複数現場がある場合もあり
最大で140件程回ります。
<具体的な業務内容>
- 取引先のゼネコン現場、事務所、工場などを定期訪問
(社用車を運転して回ります。)
- 電話・メールの対応
- 見積書・契約書などの作成
- トラックの配車手配と事務所への引継ぎ
など
本社工場のほかに千葉工場もあり
行き来することもあります。
<1日の仕事の流れ>
8:00 始業後、事務所の清掃や事務作業
9:00 お客様先へ訪問
12:00 お昼休憩
13:00 お客様先へ訪問
17:00 帰社後、書類作成や経費精算など
17:30 退社

仕事終わりの飲み会などはないのですが
年1回希望者で行くバス旅行を実施。
2024年は草津、2025年は熱海でした(^^)
また、お中元やお歳暮の時期には
くじ引き大会と称して
みんなで盛り上がり、楽しんでいます。

1955年の創業から70年以上、
産業廃棄物の買取りや収集運搬、
中間処理、中古鋼材の売買などの
資源リサイクル事業を行っている会社です。
本社工場・千葉工場の2つの工場があり、
事務所、工場共にアットホームな雰囲気。
現在従業員は28名で、30代~50代が
中心となって活躍しています。

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
【勤務時間】
8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)
【勤務曜日】
月曜日~金曜日+第1・第3・第5土曜日のうちの2日
※残業が1日1時間程度発生する可能性があります。
(月の想定残業時間は10~30時間程度です。)

給与詳細
基本給:月給 35万円 〜 40万円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
- 給与は経験やスキルなどを考慮して面接時に決定します。
- 経験者は優遇します。
*基本給に別途、各種手当が付きます。(皆勤手当、残業手当、通勤手当)
*給与支払いは毎月、月末締めの翌月10日振込みです。

スタッフ同士が仲が良く、みんなさっぱりとした性格なので変に気をつかう心配もありません。
仕事終わりの飲み会や集まりもなし。その代わりに年1回、近場の温泉地へバス旅行を実施しています。もちろん、参加は自由です。
