<仕事内容>

鉄スクラップ工場内で、

フォークリフトやクレーンを使って

搬入される産業廃棄物の荷下ろし・

分別などの構内作業をお任せします。

<業務の流れ>

①産業廃棄物を回収して

戻ってきた車両の誘導

②トラックに積まれたものの荷卸し

※フォークリフト・クレーンか手卸し

③種類ごとに分別

  • 鉄スクラップ
  • 非鉄スクラップ
  • 廃プラ
  • 木くず
  • 段ボール など

④工場内の清掃

*持ち込みのお客様や、出荷向け大型トラック、

弊社千葉工場のダンプなどの出入りもあります。

  • スタッフ同士で、無線機を使用して

やり取りをしています。

  • 未経験から始めたスタッフも多く、

先輩社員がゼロから丁寧に

指導しますので、ご安心ください

  • 休憩スペースが充実

事務所内にウォーターサーバーがあり、

お菓子を常備してあります

仕事終わりの飲み会などはないのですが

年1回希望者で行くバス旅行を実施。

2024年は草津、2025年は熱海でした(^^)

普段はプライベートにはあまり

干渉しない、さっぱりとした雰囲気

親睦を深める機会を設けています。

また、お中元やお歳暮の時期には

くじ引き大会と称して

みんなで盛り上がり、楽しんでいます。

産業廃棄物の買取りや収集運搬、

中間処理、中古鋼材の売買などの

資源リサイクル事業を行っている会社です。

本社工場・千葉工場の2つの工場があり、

事務所、工場共にアットホームな雰囲気。

現在従業員は28名で、30代~50代が

中心となって活躍しています。

*フォークリフト運転技能者の資格がない方でも就業しながら取得可能です。

  • フォークリフト免許をお持ちの方歓迎

  • クレーン運転士、ガス溶接技能者、玉掛け、危険物取扱者の免許保持者・経験者は優遇

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

【勤務時間】

8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

【勤務曜日】

月曜日~金曜日+月2回土曜日出勤あり

※17時以降の通常残業は

月平均1~10時間程度

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 給与は経験やスキルなどを考慮して面接時に決定します。
  • 経験者は優遇します。

*基本給に別途、各種手当が付きます。(皆勤手当、残業手当、通勤手当)

*給与支払いは毎月、月末締めの翌月10日振込みです。

職場環境


本社工場では、工場内作業員、自社ドライバー、営業、溶接員、事務員の合計17名が在籍。

スタッフ同士が仲が良く変に気をつかう心配はありません。

仕事終わりの飲み会や集まりもなし。

年1回、近場の温泉地へバス旅行を実施していますが、参加は自由です。
