We are supporting an international fashion company in hiring an Helpdesk & Support specialist for their Japan office.
This role focuses on internal L1 support for both HQ employees and retail store staff, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.
■ Responsibilities
Handle internal user inquiries (L1 support)
Basic troubleshooting for software/hardware issues
Create incident and service request tickets (ServiceNow)
Manage O365 and Active Directory user accounts and settings
Set up and configure PCs, iPads, and mobile devices (Dell, iPad, etc.)
Manage meeting room systems and other IT hardware
■ Requirements
Fluent Japanese (able to create internal documents in Japanese)
Conversational English (able to read specifications from overseas teams)
Basic IT knowledge (IT Passport level)
Experience in IT helpdesk/support or similar role
Strong communication skills and a professional, clean presentation
■ Annual income:
¥4,500, ¥5,000,000.00
