**■業務内容/Responsibilities**- テクニカルサポートチームの立ち上げ、全体的な業務管理と監督。-
- 新規クライアントの導入における必要な技術的サポートとプロジェクト協力。-
- イシューの再発防止策や改善策の策定と実施。-
- チームメンバーの育成とパフォーマンス管理。-
- エンジニアチームとの連携を強化し、APIを主とした技術的サービスの品質向上に寄与。- クライアント(特にクライアント技術部門)との長期的な関係構築と信頼獲得。
