Job Objective:
You will be in charge of the development and operation of our contract management system (Guidewire) on the business side (as a member of the contract management department, not the IT department).
Specifically, you will meet with related departments (contact center, product department, sales department, etc.) to formulate business requirements for the introduction of new products and services, and finalize the development content with the IT department.
You will also test the developed system to confirm that it has been developed according to the business requirements. Even outside of the project, you will meet with related departments to analyze, plan, and propose issues, and coordinate with stakeholders such as IT and business, and lead improvement activities to resolve those issues.
Key Qualifications
[Specialized knowledge, work experience]
- 3 years or more of experience in system development or requirements definition in the business department at a systems company, consulting firm, or insurance company.
- Able to proactively tackle issues and analyze and plan from multiple perspectives.
- Appropriate communication skills with stakeholders
[Experience preferred]
- Project management or lead experience
- Experience in insurance-related system development
- Understanding of RSDB, experience in data extraction using SQL, experience in data visualization using BI tools

- Japanese: Native level, fluent / English: Reading and writing level of English is preferred
Responsibility:
1. Development of a contract management system for the introduction of new products and services.
- Develop business requirements by meeting with related business departments.
- Discuss business requirements with the IT department.
- Lead UAT for the developed system.

7. Identify the extent of impact on customers through data analysis
8. Discuss customer responses with the customer response department
