The Role
- Joining a team focused on global IT strategy and planning, you will be supporting the IT transformation and operations of the entire group and will therefore work with global stakeholders daily.
- You'll need to understand the business requirements of different group subsidiaries and business units across multiple countries - so a business analysis mindset would be a good asset.
- Your team will then focus on developing IT strategies and technical roadmaps for the businesses, that align as closely as possible to HQ.
Your Skills
- High Business Japanese and English are mandatory.
- This role would suit an application / digital focused Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred but not essential - the real key to this role is high level stakeholder engagement, management, and negotiation.
