スキル・資格
- コンピュータサイエンス、人工知能、データサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
- AI/MLモデルの開発と実装における5年以上の実務経験(金融サービスまたはクレジットカード業界での経験があれば尚可)。
- AIワークフローとRAG統合の実務経験。
- Python、TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn、およびデータ操作ライブラリの習熟度。
- データエンジニアリング、特徴量エンジニアリング、データパイプライン自動化に関する深い理解。
- クラウドベースのAIプラットフォーム(AWS SageMaker、Azure ML、またはGCP Vertex AI)の使用経験。
- 統計モデリング、教師あり学習、教師なし学習、ディープラーニング技術に関する深い理解。
- AIモデルを本番環境に展開し、モデルのパフォーマンスを監視した実績。
- 日本の金融規制およびデータガバナンスに関する知識があれば尚可。日本語ネイティブレベル。英語力は有利です。
業務内容
- 不正検出、信用スコアリング、顧客セグメンテーション、運用、パーソナライズドマーケティングのためのAI/MLモデルの設計と実装。
- スケーラブルなフレームワークを使用して機械学習パイプラインを開発し、モデルを本番環境に展開。
- クロスファンクショナルチームと協力してAIの機会を特定し、ビジネスニーズを製品および運用における技術ソリューションに変換。
- データ準備からモデルトレーニング、本番環境への展開と監視まで、AIソリューションのライフサイクル全体を主導。
- 金融分野におけるユースケース向けに、生成AI、NLP、予測分析などの最新のAI技術を評価。
- 社内ポリシー、データプライバシー法、日本の規制ガイドラインに沿って、倫理的でコンプライアンスに適合したAIの使用を確保。
- チーム全体のAI能力向上を目的とした技術指導と知識共有。
- サイバーセキュリティおよびITインフラストラクチャチームと協力して、安全で責任あるAI運用を維持
