Drive AI Expert
to innovate in the field of high-performance servo drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code Development & Maintenance:
Develop and maintain advanced motor control code, design software frameworks (CBB), and create robust technical documentation. - Servo Control R&D:
Drive servo technology from theoretical design and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink) to final productization, continuously enhancing algorithmic performance. - Field Issue Resolution:
Take ownership of critical performance issues in market applications, leading to effective and timely solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Master's degree in Power Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics (graduated within the last 6 years).
- Deep expertise in motor drive & control theory, including PMSM and Asynchronous motor control algorithms.
- Proficiency in
MATLAB/Simulink
for simulation and modeling of motor control strategies and electromechanical systems. - Extensive experience in
embedded C programming
on DSP/ARM platforms. - A fast-learning, resilient, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in developing/maintaining motor control algorithms for drives.
- Familiarity with version control (SVN/GIT) and engineering process improvement.
Challenge to Solve:
Tackle complex issues like inaccurate rotor dynamics simulation for
ultra-high-speed motors (>50,000 RPM)
, which can lead to excessive vibration, and contribute to groundbreaking solutions.
