What will your role be:
- Assist in planning and supporting KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing campaigns for the Japanese market
- Help research and identify Japanese influencers and online creators
- Assist in coordinating communication with KOLs and their management
- Support collaboration with local marketing agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Help monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling simple reports
- Participate in content localization efforts and ensure it aligns with Japanese culture
- Support the content and design teams in creating campaign-related materials
- Stay informed about trends in Japanese digital culture, social media, and influencer communities
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- Some coursework or experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (internships, part-time jobs, or projects welcome)
- Full-professional level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Interest in digital marketing and influencer culture in Japan
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with popular Japanese social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
