【仕事内容】
大手総合商社・伊藤忠商事の社員約4,000名を対象とした、人事労務業務全般をお任せします。企業の根幹を支える領域で、着実に専門性を高めていけるポジションです。
- 仕事内容:
入社後は、ご経験やスキルに応じて下記いずれかの課に配属となります。適性を見ながら業務をお任せし、将来的にはジョブローテーションを通じて幅広い経験を積むことが可能です。
<担当業務>
・人事サポート部 異動課 または 給与・厚生課
<具体的な業務一覧>
ご経験に近い領域から担当いただきます。
- 入退社・異動管理、人員管理(各種資料作成など)、組織改編に伴うシステム対応
- 給与支給(月例・賞与・年末調整、所得税・住民税・納税関連業務など)
- 出向関連(出向人件費の精算、経理処理、出向契約管理など)
- 勤怠管理(時間管理、各種休暇管理、休職者管理など)
- 社会保険・退職金関連
- 福利厚生(社内託児所、社員食堂、社宅・寮、持株会など)

- 所属人数:異動課は8名(課長1名、課員7名)、給与・厚生課は18名(課長1名、課長代行1名、課員16名)で構成されています。

【必須要件】
・大卒以上の方
・企業(従業員300名以上)での人事労務(給与・異動・福利厚生関連など)の実務経験を3年以上お持ちの方
【募集背景】
大手総合商社である伊藤忠商事の人事サポートを専門に担う事業を展開している同社。約4,000名もの社員を抱える企業の、人事労務に関する幅広い実務を手がけています。
具体的には、入退社手続きから給与計算、勤怠管理、福利厚生の運用まで、組織運営の根幹を支える重要な役割を担っています。
今回は、さらなるサービス品質の向上と組織体制の強化を目指すための増員募集です。安定した経営基盤のもと、組織の中核メンバーとして成長していける新たな仲間を求めています。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間15分・休憩1時間)
コアタイム10:00〜15:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間
繁忙期(年末調整など)には月20〜40時間程度の残業が発生する場合がありますが、通常期は月平均15時間程度です。
また、20時以降の業務は原則禁止、朝型勤務を推奨しており、メリハリをつけて働ける環境です。
【給与】
450万円〜600万円
月給制 基本給270000円〜
残業代全額支給
