Responsibilities
- Lead product management, engineering, and QA groups.
- Define product vision and strategy, negotiate stakeholders for excellent products.
- Manage development budget and product roadmap.
- Hire, coach, and grow next leaders to enhance team performance.
- Understand member competencies and encourage growth.
- Handle system troubles and accidents, minimize customer impacts.
- Research competitors, propose product vision and roadmap.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of product management or project management experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Managed 10+ team members.
- Strong project commitment and passion.
- Communication skills, flexible mindset.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction, excellent product vision.
- Appropriate technology research, innovative products.
- Unexpected accidents handling.
- Budget management experience.
- Business-level Japanese speaking.
