Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams. This includes troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical/optical equipment, computer systems, and software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams
- Troubleshoot complex electro/mechanical/optical equipment, computer systems, and software
- Travel to different customer sites to provide on-site support within your own region and worldwide as needed
Requirements:
- Masters' Level Degree or 0 years of work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree or 1 year of work experience
- Expertise in optics, laser, mechanics, robotization, e-Beam tool, vacuum technology, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation, and technical support
- Good English communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, or designing vacuum, e-beam, and process control equipment utilizing spectroscopic ellipsometry and other reflectometry measurement techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to influence engineering and drive continuous improvement
- Expertise in testing techniques and design of experiments
- Previous experience in evaluating and testing new application technologies or new products introduced
- Able to set priorities and delegate tasks during critical situations where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously
- Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions and documenting them
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
