【仕事内容】
AWSを活用したアプリケーションの設計やサーバーレス開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー/プリセールスとしてご活躍いただきます。
プロジェクトの期間は、短期から運用を含む長期まで幅広く、技術領域もサーバーレス環境でのアプリ開発からインフラ構築まで多岐にわたります。
新しい技術や、未経験の規模の案件にチャレンジしてみたい方を歓迎します。
プロジェクトの計画・立案・実行・完了に至る一連の業務を担当していただきます。具体的には下記のとおりです。
提案書の作成
要件ヒアリング
プロジェクト計画の策定
プロジェクト管理
AWSをつかったアプリケーションの設計
上記に加えて、少人数で行う案件では、手順書や設計のレビュー、技術的なリードをしていただく場合もあります。
また、導入後の運用最適化を支援する案件では、新しい技術やコスト削減の提案を行うプリセールス的な立ち位置としても活躍していただきます。

2~3名規模の小規模案件から、20名規模の大規模案件まで

参加したいプロジェクトは、可能な限り希望が叶うよう調整
プロジェクトによっては、エンジニアとして参加していただく場合もあります
さまざまな立場で幅広い案件に関わり、新しいチャレンジを楽しめる環境です

【必須要件】
プロジェクトのマネジメント経験(プロジェクト規模は問いません)
システム開発・構築・運用の経験(言語は問いません)
クラウド使用経験(AWSの使用経験は問いません)
【給与】
年収 750 ~ 1200 万円
【固定残業代】想定年収には月15時間~30時間分の固定残業代を含みます
【勤務時間について】
フレックスタイム制もしくは専門業務型裁量労働制(1日9.25時間)
※定時労働制の所定就業時間10:00~19:00に準じ各自が決定(休憩1時間)
残業は平均月12時間程度、裁量労働制の場合は残業超過分の割増支給はありません
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
