【仕事内容】

PMとして各種プロジェクトを展開、SI事業を推進していただきます。常時1~4案件程度を担当し、プロジェクトごとに数名~数十名のエンジニアが参画。メンバーや進捗状況、そして予算を管理しながら利益を生み出し、お客様のご要望に応えることがPMの重要なミッションです。

【具体的な業務】

◆プロジェクト計画の策定や要員のアサイン

◆社内の利益計画に基づく担当プロジェクトの利益管理

◆適切な工程管理と要員管理

◆リード獲得後の見積(開発チームと連携)

◆提案書を作成

◆クライアントの要求ヒアリングや業務分析~要件の確定

◆開発チームを率いたシステム開発などを行っていただきます。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

◆プロジェクトマネージャーやリーダー(3名以上のチーム管理/1年以上)

◆システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの一連の流れ※要件定義/設計/開発進行~納品までを想定

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1200 万円

・月額は年俸額の12分割分となります

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

10:00~19:00
