職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 職務内容:
・Partner Talent & Developmentの戦略やプランの策定支援・実行、全体カリキュラムの構築・改善
・キータレントのエンゲージメント向上施策の設計・実行(マネジメント層とのネットワーキング、グローバルリーダーとのセッション等)
・各種Global/Regional/Localプログラムの参加者へのサポート提供(Global/Regional担当者との連携を含む)
・外部コーチによるエグゼクティブコーチングの企画・実行支援
部門について:
Partner AffairsはHuman Capital(人事)チームと緊密に協働しながら、PwC Japanの共同経営者であるパートナー達にサービスを提供する組織です。
各Line of Serviceをリードし、PwC Japanの戦略を牽引するパートナー達のタレントマネジメント、リーダーシップデベロップメントに関わる仕事です。
Executive Developmentの領域の専門性を深められ、日本のみならず他国とも連携しながらさまざまな施策を検討、実行できるグローバルな側面もあります。

・下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
企業人事(人材開発、組織開発)のご経験
人事コンサルティング・コンサルティングの経験
5~10名程度のプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・マネジメントクラスのリーダーシップ開発のためのプログラム設計や実行
・トレーニングやワークショップのデザイン・デリバリー・ファシリテーションの経験
・チェンジマネジメント・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・エグゼクティブコーチング(尚可条件)
<求められるスキル・能力>
・国内外・社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築・強化するための対人関係能力
・経営・ビジネスのニーズを把握するための分析力、そのニーズからリーダーシップ開発のビジョンを描く構想力
・ビジョン・目標を施策に落とし込む設計力
・リーダー開発の諸技術(コーチング、ファシリテーション)
・英語(ビジネスレベル: global callや他テリトリーとのやりとりに支障がないレベル:TOEIC850程度)
・データ処理能力(Excel関数などを使用した分析)
・その他:機密情報管理の徹底が必要
