【仕事内容】

小売業界やホテル業界、通信業界など

様々な分野で利用されている、

"海外システム"のサポート窓口業務です

対応するのは国内企業様なので、

やり取りは全て日本語です

ただし、システム提供元が海外のため、

必要に応じて英語で問い合わせを行います。

※9割がメールでの対応です。

英語は翻訳ツールで対応できればOK

スピーキング力は不要◎

ご自身で調べながら英文作成や

和訳できれば問題ありません♪

・システムの不具合や操作に関する状況ヒアリング

・マニュアルや手順を確認し、お客様へご案内

【給与】

時給:1,300円

※22時~5時は深夜手当で収入アップ

土日祝を含むシフト制

(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

勤務パターン① 08:00~17:00

勤務パターン② 09:00~18:00

効率良く稼ぎたい方は

夜間の勤務も可能です

(22:00~08:00 ※任意)
