ご契約中のお客様からの解約に関する問合わせ対応。

【お仕事内容】

・解約手続き

・解約費用の説明

・解約日や返却機器の案内

・解約キャンセル・撤去方法変更の対応

・慣れてきたら、サービス継続や割引提案もあり

【業務量】

・1件あたりの通話時間は約10分、処理約10分

・1時間あたり2件、慣れれば3件対応目標
