職務内容Job description
MF/UNIXシステムに関する高度な技術スキル保有者としてベーシックマイスターを総括し、モダナイゼーション対象システムの全体構成や機能、活用されているミドルウェア製品とその機能、ユーザアプリケーション(業務プログラム&制御プログラム)の機能や実装制御方式、センタールーチンなど特殊な作り込みの有無などを紐解き可視化し、それら一つ一つの機能要素に対するモダナイゼーションの対応方針と対応方式を確定させる。またモダナイゼーションにおける開発プロセス・開発手法を生成AIをベースとしたモダンな方式にパラダイムシフトさせる。
モダナイゼーションナレッジセンターのモダナイマイスター室所属とし、モダナイゼーションナレッジセンターの各業務遂行や、社内のデリバリー部門やフロント部門にてモダナイプロジェクトの高度技術者として、マイスター職務を遂行する。

個人に期待する役割やミッションRoles and responsibilities
モダナイゼーション対象システムのハードウェア、OS(MSP/XSP/Solaris等)、AIM/DC、AIM/DB、ミドルウェア製品などプロダクトの構成要素と利用機能を可視化するとともに、業務プログラムの実装機能と実装方式、制御プログラムの実装機能と実装方式(電文生成やプログラム間の同期・非同期電文制御、DBアクセス制御など)、画面や帳票などの実装機能と実装方式、バッチ処理方式や運用スケジューラーの活用状況などを明らかにし、コンポーネント毎のモダナイゼーション対応方式を確定させ、ツール・ソリューションで単純変換できない部分(画面、帳票。DBアクセス等)については汎用製品を活用して定義体を再作成したり、DBアクセッサを開発するなど手修正にて変換対応を行うことを方針決めして指示する。
必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications
・ メインフレーム関連技術のプロジェクトマネジメント経験 (5年以上)
・システムマイグレーション/モダナイゼーション実践経験(レガシー→レガシー、オープン→オープン、レガシー→オープンの何れかの経験を有する)
・歓迎する条件の2項目以上に該当

・アセンブラ、PL/I、RPG、COBOL等によるプログラム開発経験
・AIM環境(AIM/DB(NDB)を含む)構築経験
・PSAMを使用した画面・帳票作成経験
・MF/UNIXの基盤構築経験
・NDB→RDBへの移行経験
・文字コードや拡張漢字・外字等の扱いに関するスキル
・他社メインフレームによるシステム構築経験
(IBM z、AS400、Adabas & Natural等の構築経験)
・生成AI活用
