職務内容Job description
MF/UNIXなどをベースに構成されたレガシーシステムからオープンシステムへの移行に関する技術スキル保有者として上位マイスターからの指示にもとづきまたは自らが中心となり、経験によって培ったノウハウを活かしてモダナイゼーション対象システムの構成と機能要素から移行先であるオープンシステムのアーキテクチャをデザインし、モダナイゼーションに必要な技術やツール・ソリューションを適切に組み合わせてモダナイゼーションの実現方式と実行プロセスを確定させる。またモダナイゼーションにおける開発プロセス・開発手法を生成AIをベースとしたモダンな方式にパラダイムシフトさせる。
モダナイゼーションナレッジセンターのモダナイマイスター室所属とし、モダナイゼーションナレッジセンターの各業務遂行や、お客様向けデリバリーを担う組織やフロント部門にてモダナイプロジェクトの高度技術者として、マイスター職務を遂行する。

個人に期待する役割やミッションRoles and responsibilities
メインフレーム/UNIX技術整備・デリバリ担当が可視化したモダナイゼーション対象システムの構成機能要素とコンポーネント毎のモダナイ対応方式を引継ぎ、それらをオープンシステム上で動作させるために必要な構成機能要素を洗い出し、移行先システムのアーキテクチャとインフラ&アプリ動作基盤をデザインし、そこに汎用技術や汎用製品をマッピングさせてモダナイゼーション実施後のシステムをグランドデザインする。また、モダナイゼーション対象システムから移行先システムへの具体的な変換プロセスや移行方式を示し、既存のツール・ソリューションで対応可能な部位と手組み対応する部位を明らかにした上で、ツール・ソリューションの開発と手組対応手段の確立、およびモダナイゼーションの実施を部分的に担当する。
必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications
・ オープンシステムの開発経験 (3年以上)

・Java、C、C++、等によるプログラム開発経験
・Angular、React、Spring等のフレームワークを活用したアプリケーションプログラムの開発経験
・オープンシステムの基盤構築経験
・Cloudシステム構築、あるいはCloudへのLift&Sift経験
・サイジングと性能チューニングの実践経験
・Solaris→Linux移行経験
・Oracle→PostgreSQL移行経験
・システムマイグレーション/モダナイゼーション実践経験(レガシー→レガシー、オープン→オープン、レガシー→オープンの何れかの経験)
・生成AI活用
