仕事内容:

自社スキンケアブランドのEC運営を軸に、販促企画~運用~分析・改善までを担うメンバーを募集します

自社でブランドを運営しているからこそ、短期的な対応に追われるのではなく、一つひとつの施策に向き合いながら改善・検証を積み重ねることができます。

ECサイト運用の一部を担うのではなく、経験を活かして、成果に向き合う立場で関わりたい方をお待ちしています。



具体的な業務内容

◆会員様向けキャンペーンの企画

・季節・商品特性に合わせたキャンペーン企画~実行

・既存会員/休眠会員など対象を分けた施策設計

・結果を踏まえた改善案検討

◆メルマガ/LINE等を活用したCRM施策の企画

・配信テーマや内容の企画~運用

・セグメント別の配信設計

・結果を踏まえた改善案検討



入社後の流れ

入社~数ヶ月:実際の業務を通して、ブランド・商品・既存施策への理解を深めていく

◆AMPLEUR(アンプルール)とは?

美容皮膚の知識を持つ様々な専門家たちが開発に携わっている先進のクリニカルソリューションコスメ。メインターゲットは肌に悩んでいたり、今よりキレイになりたいと思っている30代~50代の女性です。雑誌やSNSなどで美容家や著名人からも高く評価されています♪

求める人材:

以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

◆ECサイトに関わる企画やマーケティングの業務経験2年以上

◆CRM(メルマガ/LINE等)の企画・運用経験2年以上

【活かせる経験・スキル】

・通販会社、事業会社、代理店等での通販業務経験

・化粧品や健康食品などの業界経験

・メルマガやLINE等を活用した会員向け施策の企画・運用経験

勤務時間・曜日:

【コアタイム】11:00~16:00

【フレキシブルタイム】8:00~22:00

標準労働時間は1日8時間です。

※月曜日のみコアタイムが異なります(10:30~16:00)

※試用期間終了後から適用になります(試用期間中の勤務時間は9:30~18:30)

  • 転勤なし
  • 敷地内禁煙

アクセス:

◆東急東横線・東京メトロ日比谷線「中目黒駅」正面出口から徒歩8分

◆JR山手線「恵比寿駅」南口から徒歩11分

◆東急東横線「代官山駅」北口より徒歩11分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000〜¥66,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
