私たちは、リスト育成型インサイドセールス代行『ソダテル』を提供しています

クライアントのインサイドセールスを代行し、リスト作成からリード、商談獲得から案件化までナーチャリングを行い、リストを枯らさず育てていく丁寧な架電スタイルをとっている点が大きな特徴です。

また、分業体制を敷くことで生産性(案件化率)を最大化していたり、アポイントではなく案件化数をゴールに設定しています。

◆主な業務内容

インサイドセールスオタク集団の我々と一緒に、インサイドセールス専門家としてクライアント支援プロジェクトにはいっていただきます。 様々な業界の案件に携わったり、得意な業界のインサイドセールス支援も可能になっているため、ご自身の強みを活かしながら、よりスキルを磨いて、クライアントの利益創出に共に貢献してきましょう

・架電業務(1日70〜80件目安)

・稼働報告

・データ入力

※必要に応じてロープレやMTGも実施いたします

※ご経験やご希望に合わせて分析業務やマネジメント業務も依頼いたします

当社の代表は営業フリーランスを経てOut-Loop株式会社を運営しており、営業フリーランスの認知や立ち位置を確立すべく業務委託の評価制度を充実させています。キャリアアップできるだけでなく、代表以外にもフリーランス出身の社員もいるので、キャリアの相談もしやすい環境です

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・営業経験が2年以上(インサイドセールス経験大歓迎)の方

・PCの基本操作が可能な方

・月80時間以上稼働できる方(平日のみの稼働になります)

・週1回以上の出社ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

月80時間以上(週2〜3以上)勤務できる方を募集しています。

週1以上の出社必須になりますが、それ以外はリモートでOKです

平日9:00~18:00のみの稼働です。

※昼休憩1時間あり(12時台)

※基本残業なし
