■責任投資にかかる、企画推進並びに運用実務(具体的には以下に記載)

■スチュワードシップ活動の高度化に向けた企画推進業務(責任投資にかかる方針の策定と推進、実効性評価等)
■内外株式議決権行使の基準作成並びに適切な実施、投資先企業との対話・エンゲージメント
■内外NGO、市民社会等のステークホルダーとのダイアログ
■国内外における有識者会議及び委員会への参画と事務局、ロジ周り、調整

■アセットオーナー、コンサルティング会社及び企業の財務部門等でのESG関連業務経験

■証券アナリストの資格保有者(処遇に反映)
