The Talent Operations Liaison plays a key role in implementing business decisions, changes, updates & policies to ensure focus on supporting our leaders & teams. The main responsibilities include driving processes related to organization structure & employee lifecycle ensuring consistency.

- Manage the organization structure in TalentShare.
- Support Talent Partners during reorganizations.
- Implement small changes and updates.
- Ensure accurate position data.
- Keep the team informed about reorganizations.
