役割概要
日本展開のオペレーション・マネージャーとして、効率性、生産性、収益性を確保するための事業運営全般を監督する役割を担っていただきます。日本市場における当社の成長目標をサポートする業務プロセスおよびシステムの確立と維持において、重要な役割を担っていただきます。
主な責務
- 事業目標および市場力学に沿ったオペレーション戦略およびイニシアチブを策定し、実施する。業務改善とコスト最適化の機会を特定する。
- オペレーションチームを指導し、部門目標達成のための指導、サポート、指示を行う。協働、説明責任、継続的改善の文化を醸成する。
- 効率性と生産性を向上させるため、業務プロセスとワークフローを評価し、合理化する。ベストプラクティスと基準を導入し、高品質の製品・サービスを一貫して提供する。
- 現地の規制や業界標準を確実に遵守する。会社の資産と評判を守るため、業務上のリスクを特定し、軽減する。
- 製品・サービスの品質と顧客満足度を維持するために、品質管理手段と基準を導入する。品質基準からの逸脱や問題を監視し、対処する。
- 業務予算を策定・管理し、経費と収益を監視して収益性を確保する。コスト削減と収益向上の機会を特定する。

Role Overview
As the Operations Manager for our Japan expansion, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining operational processes and systems that support our growth objectives in the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.
- Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products/services.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
- Implement quality control measures and standards to maintain product/service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor and address any issues or deviations from quality standards.
- Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Requirements
応募資格
- 経営学、オペレーションズ・マネジメント、または関連分野の学士号。
- オペレーション・マネジメントまたは関連業務における5年以上の経験(多国籍企業での経験が望ましい)。
- 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力を有し、目標達成のためにチームを鼓舞し、動機付ける能力を有すること。
- ビジネスオペレーション、サプライチェーンマネジメント、プロセス最適化に関する確かな理解。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉能力、問題解決能力。
- 日本の商習慣、規制、文化規範に精通していることが望ましい。
- 英語と日本語(書き言葉と話し言葉)に堪能であること。
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Solid understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Japanese business practices, regulations, and cultural norms is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken) is required.
