役割概要
オペレーション・リーダーは、日本進出におけるすべてのオペレーション活動を監督・調整する極めて重要な役割を担います。この役割には、当社の業務が円滑に機能し、事業目標が成功裏に遂行されるよう、実践的なアプローチで戦略的思考を持つ人材が求められます。
主な職務
- 日本における事業目標および市場参入戦略に沿った業務戦略の策定と実施。効率と効果を高めるためのプロセス改善と最適化の機会を特定する。
- オペレーションチームを指導・管理し、オペレーション目標達成のための指導、サポート、指示を行う。チーム内に協調的でパフォーマンスの高い文化を醸成する。
- 現在の業務プロセスやワークフローを評価し、改善点を特定し、業務の合理化と生産性向上のためのソリューションを導入する。
- 日本国内の規制や業界標準を確実に遵守する。会社の利益と評判を守るため、業務上のリスクを特定し、軽減する。
- 製品・サービスの品質と顧客満足度を維持するため、品質管理手段と基準を導入する。品質基準からの逸脱を監視し、対処する。
- 業務予算を効果的に管理し、経費と収益を監視して財務目標が達成されるようにする。コスト削減と収益向上の機会を特定する。

Bjak is focused on providing access to affordable and sustainable financial services for people in ASEAN. Headquartered in Malaysia, Bjak is the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia. Our main portal helps millions find the insurance policy with the best value and highest coverage for them. Our investments in technology such as Custom API, blockchain, trading systems, and data science are to enable easy access to financial services that were previously inaccessible or difficult to understand.
Our core strengths are in navigating the most complex regulations and environments, creating some of the most innovative products in the world. For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.
Role Overview
The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all operational activities for our expansion into Japan. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations and the successful execution of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our business goals and market entry strategy in Japan. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve operational objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Evaluate current operational processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations and drive productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in Japan. Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's interests and reputation.
- Implement quality control measures and standards to maintain product/service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor and address any deviations from quality standards.
- Manage the operations budget effectively, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial objectives are met. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Requirements
応募資格
- 経営学、オペレーションズ・マネジメント、または関連分野の学士号。オペレーション・マネジメントまたは関連業務に5年以上従事した経験(多国籍企業での経験が望ましい)。
- 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力を有し、目標達成のためにチームを鼓舞し、動機付ける能力を有すること。
- ビジネスオペレーション、サプライチェーンマネジメント、プロセス最適化に関する確かな理解。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉能力、問題解決能力。
- 日本の商習慣、規制、文化規範に精通していることが望ましい。
- 英語と日本語(書き言葉と話し言葉)に堪能であること。
