仕事内容
■業務概要:
製造業(自動車、電気精密、産業機械など)のお客様に向けた業務ソリューションの提案営業。 昨今、需要が高まっており、多くの引き合いをいただいておりますサプライチェーン(SCM)やPLM/BOM関連のソリューションをご担当いただきます。 具体的な業務としては、既存お客様の深堀、横展開や新規お客様(弊社顧客DBやセミナー、HPからの問合せ)への提案活動が中心となります。 導入実績豊富なソリューションにより、お客様課題の解決手段を自ら提示できたり、また、お客様と業務改善について協議を重ね、導入効果を出すまでをご一緒できて、喜びを分かち合える、とてもやりがいのある仕事です。導入いただいた多くのお客様から感謝の言葉をいただいております。
■業務特徴:
取り扱うソリューションは海外、国内とも導入実績が豊富で大きく成長しているものばかりで、多くのお問い合わせをいただいております。 SCMやPLM/BOMといった領域未経験の方には入社後に個別研修を用意しています。また、OJT期間にはしっかりとソリューションと業務を学んでいただきます。 勤務形態はオフィスワークとテレワーク混在のハイブリッド勤務となります。テレワークをうまく活用し家事、育児の分担を行っている社員も沢山います。
