【業務内容】
Speedaのセールスチームが顧客の経営課題を深く理解し、より価値ある提案ができるよう支援するポジションです。
具体的には、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
■営業組織のスキル向上支援
Speedaの顧客・便益理解を促進するトレーニングの企画・実施
経営課題を見立て、最適な提案ができる仕組み化・フレームワークの構築
■営業メンバーへの伴走支援
商談への同席・フィードバックを通じたスキル向上支援
成功事例・ナレッジの蓄積と展開
■その他、営業組織の生産性向上に向けた仕組みづくり
なお、本ポジションではまずセールスをご経験(目安1-2年)いただいたのち、イネーブルメントポジションへの異動を予定しています。
