事業部を横断する企画組織にて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして課題解決を推進していただきます。
マーケティング、インサイドセールス、フィールドセールス、
バックオフィス領域における業務プロセス改善とオペレーション構築を行います。
事業課題の特定、戦略・戦術立案、データ活用推進、販売戦略立案など、幅広い業務を担当していただきます。
各人の得意分野やキャリアを考慮し、担当業務を決定いたします。

・ Mops: マーケおよびインサイドセールス領域での抜本的な
業務プロセス改善と持続可能性なオペレーションの構築
・ RevOps: フィールドセールスおよびバックオフィス領域での
抜本的な業務プロセス改善と持続可能性なオペレーションの構築
・ Strategy: 事業課題の特定、戦略・戦術立案~実行支援
・ DataManagement: データの見える化・活用推進、
定量データ分析による事業運営のPDCA支援
・ SalesPlanning: 横断での販売戦略立案~実行支援、ナレッジ活用
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ マーケティング、セールス、Bizdev、PdM、営業推進、事業/経営企画いずれか職種経験(またはそれら組織に深く入り込み支援/伴走した経験)
・ 自分の意思やアイデアに信念をもち、企画立案から実行まで、周りを巻き込みながら業務改善を完遂した経験(定量的な改善効果を提示できること)
・ 自部署や支援先部署(または顧客)の業務効率や事業成長の阻害要因を特定し、問題解決に取り組んだ経験
・ データ活用を通じ、なんらかの改善アクションの起案・実行・オペレーション設計に関わった経験
・ 複数の部署が関わる業務プロセスを可視化・整理して、現状より効率化もしくは生産的な業務フローを提案できるオペレーション構築スキル。
・ 現状把握/仮説検証/意思決定に必要なデータ分析のためのデータを抽出・集計するスキル(SQLは入社時点では必須ではありませんが、入社後に基礎を習得していただきます。)
・ 利害関係者の意見や客観的事実を総合して最適な意思決定ができる判断力
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
