【仕事内容】

船社での輸出のCS業務のお仕事です

具体的には・・・

輸出ブッキングの受付対応

専用システムへのデータ入力

お客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

出港スケジュールの確認・ご案内

予約内容の変更・調整対応

など

求めている人材


【必須条件】

海運会社で事務経験がある方

基本的なPC操作(Word、Excel)ができる方

簡単な英語スキルがある方

(メールで簡単なやりとりができる方)

【歓迎条件】

・外国語に興味がある方(英語・中国語・韓国語など)

・英文事務業務の経験者

・貿易事務の経験者(アルバイト・派遣でも)

勤務時間詳細

  • 09:00~17:30(実働7.5時間)

  • 休憩時間:12:00~13:00

  • 残業月平均10時間程度

  • 月~金の週5日勤務

契約更新期間:6ヶ月

休日休暇

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1700円 〜 1800円

※正社員登用後は経験・スキルにより決定
