The RoleAt Kyndryl, we design, build, and operate systems that support our everyday lives.
In large-scale projects, you will practice IT Service Management to ensure systems run smoothly and engage in activities that maintain and improve quality.
Understand the customer's current operations and systems, take over BAU (Business-As-Usual) tasks under the leader's guidance, and execute them after the handover.
Implement processes focused on change management and problem management.
Analyze root causes and support recovery when issues occur.
You may work on the anticipated project, an equivalent project, or both concurrently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates leadership in guiding teams and driving transformation.
Proactively takes on challenges in new areas.
Possesses strong communication skills to engage and coordinate across departments.
Work Environment
A mix of on-site work at customer locations (Tokyo metropolitan area) and remote work from home. The ratio varies depending on project phases or events such as issue resolution.
